Übermacht is the German luxury performance manufacturer in Leonida. The Ü is not borrowed from Pißwasser's marketing strategy. It comes from the actual German name and it has been earned by decades of making vehicles that justify the premium price and the foreign character in the brand name.
The Vice City Übermacht driver is typically the person with an office that has a view. The lawyer, the financial sector presence, the person running the legitimate side of something that also has an illegitimate side. The car is fast enough for any emergency and expensive enough to communicate that the driver considers emergencies unlikely.
In gameplay terms Übermacht occupies the executive saloon and performance SUV categories. Present in the NPC vehicle pool for Vice City's business districts and as mission vehicles for characters who need to communicate a specific kind of wealth. Not loud. Not understated. Exactly right for the function it serves.
