Leonida Profile
The sign at Zeke's Gadgets says "We Do Repairs," no branding beyond the promise itself. That's the whole business: the kind of storefront that exists on every third block in Vice City, fixing the phones and radios people would rather patch than replace.
Somebody walks in armed. Whatever business that customer had, it's the kind that doesn't get explained at the counter. Repair shops in this state of the country have a long, quiet tradition of being more than they advertise. Zeke's doesn't confirm or deny it. The sign still just says repairs.
Nothing else on record puts a face to who runs it or what actually happens in the back. It's exactly the kind of storefront a city like this one is full of: functional, unremarkable, and worth a second look anyway.
