Field Assessment
The Outlaw starts on the Vice City grid and keeps going when the road ends. Road-legal, higher ground clearance than a sport bike, and capable of the Vice County trail access that standard road motorcycles cannot manage. The vehicle that makes the trip without changing bikes at the county lineid and needs to continue into the Vice County rural interior.
The dual-sport character means the Outlaw handles the road adequately rather than brilliantly. The suspension is tuned for the compromise between road and trail rather than either at maximum specification. On the Vice City street it is slower than the Carbon RS. On the Vice County trail it is significantly faster than the Carbon RS.
The Outlaw represents the practical motorcycle choice for players who need both environments without changing vehicles between them.
