What Time Does GTA 6 Unlock?
Local midnight on November 19. It is not one global moment. The game unlocks in waves, so New Zealand plays first and Mexico plays last, roughly 19 hours apart. In the US and Canada the window is 12:00 AM Eastern, which puts West Coast players on 9:00 PM Pacific the night before.
Rockstar has not announced a launch hour. These times come from the PlayStation Store listings for the digital PS5 version, so they can still move before launch. Your window follows the country of your PlayStation account, not where the console sits.

Why does my PlayStation account region matter?
Reported
PS5 purchases and codes are tied to the country the account was created in. A US account unlocks on US time whatever region the console is set to. Physical editions come with a download code, and codes are region-locked.
