Because it is the only option on the block where you currently are, and also the next block, and the block after that. The franchise density in Vice City is a public health statistic that nobody has formally compiled because nobody wants to compile it.
The Bleeder is the product. Two patties, processed cheese, a bun that has been engineered to survive submersion. It looks like it lost a fight. It has been on the menu for decades and sales have never required the recipe to change. The mascot is decorative and terrifying in equal measure.
The parking lot at two in the morning is a Vice City institution. Three demographics converge: people leaving clubs, people who ran out of other options, and people who have reached a specific point in a long evening and need something hot. Burger Shot addresses all three without judgment or comment.
