He runs a vehicle procurement operation out of a motel: he identifies what he wants, he contracts someone to go and get it, and he pays for the result. He has opinions. Specifically about Lifeinvader, which he believes is tracking everyone in Leonida through a data collection architecture that most people have agreed to without reading. He brings up the death of Jay Norris, the founder, in conversations that did not start there. He has done the research. He has the tabs open.
Whether you take him seriously or not, the vehicles he pays for are real. He is a reliable contractor in the sense that the money clears and he does not ask operational questions about how the job got done. The conspiracy theories are included at no additional charge.
