Brute Security moves money and assets across Leonida in armored vehicles. The clients are banks, financial institutions, and the businesses that handle enough cash to justify the contract. In Vice City, that is a significant market.
The armored car is the Leonida target that pays. Armored vehicles carry large amounts of cash and have specific physical and tactical vulnerabilities. Brute Security vehicles in Leonida continue this. The route, the guard count, and the vehicle's armor profile are all variables in the mission equation.
Brute Security is private security rather than law enforcement. Their response to an attack on a vehicle is limited to what the vehicle's guards can do and what public law enforcement responds to on their behalf. This distinction matters: Brute Security does not have the escalation chain that VCPD does. They have guards with weapons and the understanding that their job is to make the robbery attempt costly enough to be unsuccessful.
