Faction Profile

The Vice Beach Police cover the strip. The promenade, the beach access, the stretch of road in front of the hotels that is simultaneously the most scenic and the most incident-dense environment in Leonida. They are on foot, on ATVs, and in the specific category of police vehicle that works on a beach without sinking.

The job is defined by the environment. Tourist corridor policing is high-visibility, high-frequency work. The incidents are varied: the argument outside the bar, the person who took too many of something and is now on the promenade, the vehicle that should not be where it is, and the occasional situation that escalates from any of those starting points.

For the player, the Vice Beach Police are the first law enforcement contact on the tourist strip. They escalate to VCPD backup and eventually to SWAT if the situation develops. The beach geography is also tactically specific: the open sand to one side is maximum visibility in both directions, and the promenade infrastructure provides limited cover.
