Field Assessment
The Hellion is the Annis entry into the off-road pickup market. Vice County has the terrain for it: the rural roads, the agricultural access tracks, and the areas where the road ends and the field begins are all accessible to the Hellion in a way that the urban-optimized vehicles are not.
The mid-size pickup profile makes it more manageable in Vice City's street grid than the full-size Bravado or Vapid alternatives. Wide enough to be useful in Vice County. Narrow enough not to be a problem in the city. This combination is what the Hellion is built around.
The suspension lift means obstacles that standard vehicles cannot navigate become road surface. The clearance under the chassis, the approach and departure angles, and the four-wheel drive option combine to make the Hellion the practical Vice County vehicle for players who need to go places that are not on the map.
