The Blista Compact is the car that most people in Vice City can afford. Not the most exciting vehicle on the road. The most numerous. The compact hatchback that fills the residential streets and the carpark of every shopping centre in the state.
The Dinka Blista Compact is not fast. It is practical, small enough for Vice City parking, and economical enough that the running costs do not consume the budget the purchase left available. As a mission vehicle the Compact is the car that is everywhere, which makes it the most available car in Leonida when something with four wheels is immediately required.
The handling reflects the entry-level specification. Front-wheel drive, light weight, and the tendency to understeer that small front-wheel drive cars exhibit when pushed beyond their intended operating range.
