The Carbonizzare is the everyday Grotti. Which is a sentence that only makes sense in Vice City, where a mid-engine Italian sports car with a V8 and a body made largely of carbon fibre is the accessible option. It is accessible compared to the Furia. Nothing else in Leonida provides that comparison.
The mid-engine layout puts the weight where the handling theory says it should be. The rear-wheel drive means the power goes to the back wheels and the driver manages the consequences at the limit. At speed on the Vice City coast road the Carbonizzare does what a car in this position should do: it communicates exactly what it is doing before it does it.
The sound at full throttle is the marketing that Ferrari has never needed to commission separately. The Carbonizzare produces it without modification.
