Field Assessment
The Dinghy fits everywhere the bigger boats do not. Minimal draft, small footprint, and the outboard motor that provides enough speed for practical water use without the displacement that the faster boats require. The Grassrivers channels, the Keys shallows, and the coastal margins that the Speeder cannot access are all Dinghy territory.
The simplicity is the point. The Dinghy is the boat that appears at docks, beaches, and waterside locations across Leonida because it requires almost no infrastructure to use: launch from any beach, run on any channel, and recover on any flat surface.
As a mission boat the Dinghy is the covert approach vehicle: small enough to be overlooked, quiet enough (at low throttle) to approach without announcement, and fast enough for the short distances that covert approaches typically require.
