Field Assessment
The Caracara Lifeguard is the larger beach emergency vehicle. Where the Blazer Lifeguard ATV reaches individual beach incidents quickly, the Caracara provides the equipment capacity and the transport capability for multi-person response.
The Ford Bronco platform provides the ground clearance and four-wheel drive capability that the beach environment requires when the conditions are not optimal: soft sand away from the compacted surface, coastal flooding at the storm margin, and the varied terrain of the Vice City beachfront beyond the maintained tourist corridor.
The orange and yellow livery is the most visible colour scheme on the Vice City beach. Intentionally so.
