Leonida Profile
Brian's Boat Workshop sits on the Port Gellhorn waterfront. The business is marine repair. The boats that come through are a mix of fishing vessels, weekend cruisers, and the kind of vessel that wants work done away from the main port with a minimum of questions.
Brian Heder's name is on it, and Brian doesn't do anything the easy way. Port Gellhorn is where the Vice County road network runs into the waterway system, and the workshop sits right at that seam, for anyone who'd rather come in by water.
Marine repair pays the bills and keeps the lights on. It also happens to sit at the exact spot Brian Heder needs a foothold outside Vice City, and Port Gellhorn has never been the kind of town that asks too many questions about that.
On the Ground
The waterfront is what makes this place useful. Boats come and go straight off the water, no road required. Whatever leaves by water never shows up on anything a road patrol would see.
Talk to Brian, use the water, let the work order do the talking for you. That's the whole arrangement.
Come in from the Port Gellhorn side if you want the normal approach. Come in through the marshland on the town's northern edge if you'd rather not use the road at all.
