The person picking up from the airport in a Baller is making a different statement from the person picking up in a Jubilee. The Baller says comfortable money. The Jubilee says generational money.
The off-road capability is present but largely irrelevant in Vice City. In Vice County it becomes relevant. The Baller in the Keys is the vacation vehicle. The Baller in the Port Gellhorn corridor is the logistics management vehicle. Both uses are present in Leonida.
