The Jugular is the Ocelot executive sedan. Large, refined, and rear-wheel drive. The XJ profile communicates wealth the same way all Ocelot vehicles do: by being obviously expensive to people who know what expensive looks like and invisible to everyone else.
In Vice City the Jugular is the car of the lawyer who has been in Vice City long enough that they no longer need the car to introduce them. The financial sector presence, the person with the corner office that overlooks the water. The Jugular carries them to and from without generating the attention that a Grotti or Pegassi requires as the price of ownership.
The rear-wheel drive means the Jugular handles differently from the German competition. More rear weight, slightly more rotation available at the limit. For a large executive car this characteristic is rarely relevant. For the specific moments when it is, the Ocelot driver knows it is there.
