Dossier
Dre'Quan Priest started where most people in Vice City start: running product for somebody else. He decided early that the executive tier was where the real money lives and worked backward from that conclusion. Only Raw Records is the result. An independent label built on hustle, access, and an accurate read of what the Vice City market wants.
He booked acts into Boobie Ike's venues before he had his own label. That relationship gave him infrastructure and credibility he could not have built faster any other way. Ike gets music industry reach. Priest gets venues and legitimacy. The partnership serves both of them.
The signing of Real Dimez is the current focus. Bae-Lux and Roxy already have the viral presence. Priest's job is to convert that into something that pays and lasts. He is operating in the part of Vice City where entertainment and business are the same thing, which is most of Vice City.
